Warranty & Return Policy

1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ulla purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.ulla.io
  • Item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must return the entire purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained before returning

How to Return:

  1. Contact our support team to obtain an RMA number
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include your proof of purchase and RMA number
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • Sale items are not eligible for refund

3. Limited Warranty

Your Ulla smart hydration reminder is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Electronic components that fail under normal use
  • Battery defects (excluding normal battery degradation)

What's Not Covered:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions
  • Accidental damage (drops, water damage beyond product specifications)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs

4. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team with proof of purchase
  2. Describe the issue you're experiencing
  3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team
  4. If required, ship the product to our warranty center

At our discretion, we will either repair, replace, or refund the defective product. Repaired or replaced products are covered by warranty for 30 days or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

5. Shipping

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes
